The  Business  Gathering  is  an  initiative  between  County  Carlow  Chamber  and  Carlow Tourism  promoting County Carlow as an ideal destination for business events over the next year. The Business Gathering targets business associations and organisations from around Ireland inviting them to gather in County Carlow for their AGM, Conference or business  event.

 Wexford Chamber Celebratory President’s Lunch

 

Wexford Chamber will host a celebratory lunch to welcome new President Karl Fitzpatrick on Friday, 19th February from 12pm to 3pm in Ferrycarrig Hotel. Guest speaker at this year’s lunch is Ian Kehoe, Editor of the Sunday Business Post.  

An award-winning journalist, author and broadcaster, Ian is a former presenter and reporter with RTE’s Prime Time programme. Kehoe, a native of Enniscorthy, has twice been named as the Ireland’s Business & Economics Journalist of the Year. Kehoe has made a number of major documentaries for the state broadcaster RTE, including Namaland and the Who’s Buying Ireland.

President, Karl Fitzpatrick, is the Managing Director of Chevron Training & Recruitment on Anne Street and one of the youngest Presidents in the Chamber’s 180 year history. Karl has been very active in business and community life in recent years. In addition to his training and recruitment business, he is the Master Franchisee for Bricks 4 Kidz Ireland while he also presents the “Business Matters” programme on South East Radio. Our President’s Lunch provides an excellent business networking opportunity in a relaxed atmosphere with great food, where members can come together to explore mutual business prospects.
